Vachon Motor Group BDC Representative We have an immediate opening for a full-time BDC/ Internet Sales Agent to join our growing team. Enjoy the benefits of working with a customer-driven, family-owned dealer group. Responsibilities: * Following up on all unsold customers and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met. * Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership. * Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales. * Contact customers based on current marketing incentives. * Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers. * Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone. * Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales. * Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats. * Work directly with the Sales Manager to provide penny-perfect quotes. Qualifications: * Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments. * Knowledge of call center environment. * Positive, outgoing, customer-friendly disposition * Excellent computer skills required.
