JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in digital banking and agile delivery. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs, comply with regulatory standards, and align with agile delivery practices.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking or fintech environments.
  • Proven track record in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products such as mobile banking, digital onboarding, payments, and open banking.
  • Proficiency with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations including PSD2, KYC/AML, and GDPR.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for digital banking initiatives.
  • Lead analysis of customer journeys, digital onboarding, payments, and self-service capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and support product owners with backlog prioritisation and sprint planning.
  • Conduct impact assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and feasibility studies.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive, accessible, and compliant digital experiences.
  • Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness for digital banking features.
  • Promote agile best practices and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
