Position:* Business Development Manager

*Job Description:*

Bin Musharbek Facility Management L.L.C – FZ is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and securing maintenance, fit-out, and facility management projects. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, meet with property owners and management companies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate new business opportunities for facility management, maintenance, and fit-out services.

* Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, and facility managers.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.

* Negotiate contracts and close sales.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.

* Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

*Highlight Requirements*

* *Strong existing network and established connections in Al Barari and Dubai Hills are mandatory.*

* Minimum 3–5 years of business development experience in the UAE, preferably in facility management, construction, or real estate.

* Proven track record of generating business and closing contracts.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
