  • Ideally, experience /market knowledge of the retail industry, particularly in-store retail technology.
  • Influential communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to manage your own time to meet your target.
  • Problem solving, engineering mindset proven in past experiences.
  • Ability to work long hours required in a start up, and a passion to help us meet our ambitious goals.
  • An ability to manage existing relationships and growth of existing clients.
  • Technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our key growth markets are the US and EMEA and as such, we’re looking for key individuals to make an impact within our talented, driven team. This role will focus on the USA, targeting retailers within this territory, and so requires someone with prior US-focussed experience as an AE/BDM within a tech business, ideally POS/retail technology.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Managing and growing customer accounts, building long-term relationships across a variety of retailers.
  • Meeting sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Communicating product information to potential US customers, explaining MishiPay’s technology to non-technical and technical contacts at all levels.
  • Conducting market research on competitors and similar in-house products developed by retailers.
  • Managing your own Sales administration process.
  • Working with the rest of the international team throughout the Sales cycle, to ensure we have the best chance of success and closing business.
