You’ll own growth in the legal vertical, convert complex opportunities, and drive revenue with precision and pace—working closely with pre-sales, delivery, and alliance partners. Responsibilities New business ownership: Prospect, qualify, and close net-new law-firm clients; meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets. Sector presence: Build credibility with partners, COOs, CFOs, IT and practice leaders; represent us at legal events and communities. Pipeline craftsmanship: Maintain a robust, rolling pipeline; forecast accurately and progress deals through multi-stage cycles. Value mapping: Diagnose operational and financial pains; align to Microsoft-based, industry solutions with quantified business cases. Deal orchestration: Lead RFIs/RFPs, shape win themes, coordinate tailored demos, and produce persuasive proposals. Co-selling & alliances: Plan and execute with strategic partners; run joint account plans and campaigns into priority firms. Governance & hygiene: Adhere to sales methodology, manage risk and approvals, and keep CRM immaculate. Market feedback loop: Share field insights to refine legal offerings, messaging, and competitive positioning. Requirements Proven track record selling to law firms (practice management/finance/workflows preferred). Success closing complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value solutions with executive buyers. Consultative storyteller: sharp discovery, business-case framing, and executive presence. Organised, resilient, and accountable; thrives in a global, cross-functional environment. Nice to have: Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem; familiarity with Dynamics 365/Power Platform. What we offer Global remit with top consultants and marquee legal clients. Competitive package, clear progression, and high autonomy. Funded training, certifications, mentoring, and continuous development. Inclusive, collaborative culture where initiative is recognised and rewarded.
