YOUR ROLE & TEAM

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead a team of BDMs within out Corporate sales segment - the engine room of the business, powering our growth across the country.
This team focuses on selling SaaS into businesses with an annual turnover of $25M–$250M.
You’ll guide your team on driving outbound activity, building strong pipelines, and hitting monthly recurring revenue targets. Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, supporting their career progression and personal growth.
This role is perfect for a sales leader who thrives on balancing commercial outcomes with people leadership. You’ll own the full sales performance of your team — from territory planning and forecasting to pipeline management and strategic execution.
This role reports directly to the Head of Acquisition and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Melbourne CBD Office.
Please note, this role is new headcount part of a growing team.
