Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Chandigarh Experience: 0-1 years Industry Preference: Healthcare / Relevant B2B Experience About the Role We are currently on the lookout for dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) profiles who can contribute to business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare or related industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions aligned with business objectives Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Track sales pipelines, prepare reports, and achieve assigned revenue targets Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics Requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills High level of confidence with the ability to influence and negotiate Strong learning agility and willingness to understand new domains, especially healthcare Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong follow-up and relationship management skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare experience is an added advantage) Exposure to B2B sales and client-facing roles Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
