About this Role We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our team at Duve. This full-time, on-site position in Ramat Gan focuses on prospecting new business and plays a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the hospitality sector. You're great fit If you are null Requirements 1-2 years of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting efforts. Experience with cold calling, sequence creation, and LinkedIn outreach. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Experience with intent software is a plus. Fluent English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a plus. Goal-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to company growth. What you'll do Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to identify and qualify potential clients. Research and connect with decision-makers to understand their needs and communicate Duve's solutions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective prospecting strategies. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
