The Role As a BDR at Azami Global, you will be the engine behind our expansion in EMEA. You won’t just be making calls; you will be apartner in identifying high-value opportunities within top-tier Law Firms and Fortune 500 Corporations. Your mission is to engage C-level executives and decision-makers, articulate our value proposition, and build a high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives. What You’ll Do Strategic Prospecting: Execute multi-channel outreach (Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Email) to penetrate key accounts across EMEA Consultative Selling: Transform cold leads into meaningful discovery meetings by identifying client pain points and positioning Azami’s solutions as the answer. Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the early sales funnel, ensuring a seamless hand-off process to the Sales Department. Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends and stakeholder landscapes to refine our "go-to-market" strategy in the Americas. Resilience & Growth: Navigate complex objections and turn "No" into "Not yet," while constantly optimizing your pitch for high conversion rates. Who You Are An Articulate Communicator: You possess native-level English (written and verbal) and can hold sophisticated conversations with legal and corporate professionals. A Self-Starter: You are proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. Strategically Minded: You don’t just follow a script; you think about the "Big Picture" and how to position yourself as a trusted advisor. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), G-Suite, and advanced LinkedIn prospecting. Bilingual (Bonus) 5-7 Years experience as a BDR/SDR or completion of a recognized Sales Course. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets. Ability to work EMEA hours (10:00 - 18:00 IST) to align with our target market. BA/BS degree – An advantage.

Responsibilities

The BDR will execute multi-channel outreach to identify high-value opportunities within law firms and corporations across EMEA. They are responsible for managing the early sales funnel, conducting discovery meetings, and refining go-to-market strategies.
