About this Role As a BDR (Germany), you’ll be the front line of our go-to-market motion: identifying the right hospitality businesses, creating interest, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This is an outbound-focused role—ideal for someone energized by prospecting, curious about hospitality operations, and motivated by measurable results. You're great fit If you are null Requirements Must-have 2+ years experience as a BDR/SDR (or a strongly outbound commercial role) Confident cold-calling and strong written outreach skills Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) Strong organization and consistency (cadence-driven, detail-oriented) Coachable, resilient, and motivated by measurable goals Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, sequencing tools — advantage) Nice-to-have Hospitality experience or strong interest in the industry Experience prospecting into multi-property groups or franchise models What you'll do Maintain a high volume of weekly outreach across phone/email/LinkedIn, to identify and qualify potential clients. Research and connect with decision-makers to understand their needs and communicate with Duve's Solutions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective prospecting strategies. Follow a consistent cadence of prospecting and follow-ups Keep CRM data clean and up to date
