Your Mission: The objective of this role is to proactively create qualified leads and build a strong pipeline for our sales team to convert. This person will play a key part in helping us enter and expand within new sectors by identifying high-value prospects, generating new opportunities, and accelerating our go-to-market motion. Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and direct contact with prospects. Manage and nurture a portfolio of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team. Make cold calls and send personalized emails to capture the attention of potential clients. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective prospecting strategies. Continuously follow up on interactions with prospects, keeping records updated in the CRM. Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and proposing improvements in processes. Maintain a proactive attitude to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Requirements: 1-2 years as BDR/SDR at SaaS, Technology, or startup / fast paced environments Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot Prospecting experience, cold calling, emails, messaging.
