Operation Support Job title: BE Quality Manager Job Description: Process Orientation & Management Tracking and reporting of Contractual Compliance performance for the Geo Adherence to Transition tollgate review process Planning & coverage of Certifications/ Audits Self-Assessment Implementation and coverage Client CSAT, CHC, and iCSAT process implementation Project planning & implementation Initiate, plan, manage and communicate implementations for Corporate BE-driven initiatives and tools across all applicable programs for the Geo Liaise between Corporate BE team in India and PH Geo and provide updates on current projects and implementations Identify opportunities to enable other functions achieve strategic goals through business excellence Gather project requirement and perform GAP analysis Communicate and report status to key stakeholders Facilitate change management, performance evaluation & facilitating diverse learning Performance against Budgets / Targets Cost saved by driving process improvement and efficient utilization of BE budgets Location: Quezon City, Bridgetowne ZetaPhilippines Sagility combines industry-leading technology and transformation-driven BPM services with decades of healthcare domain expertise to help clients draw closer to their members. Responsibilities

This role involves tracking and reporting on contractual compliance performance, managing certifications and audits, and implementing client satisfaction processes like CSAT and iCSAT. The manager will also initiate, plan, and communicate implementations for corporate Business Excellence driven initiatives and tools across applicable programs.
