Description

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master of Laws degree (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience: Proven track record in a law firm or an “in-house” legal role, showcasing relevant expertise and responsibilities
  • Strong Knowledge of Commercial Contract Law: Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts effectively.
  • Expertise in Intellectual Property (IP), Commercial Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Specialized knowledge in these areas with practical application in business scenarios.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and its practical application in a business context.
  • Proven Negotiation Experience: Skilled in negotiating with customers primarily through video calls in English, ensuring favorable outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities

KEY TASKS:

  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on licensing agreements and partnership collaborations.
  • Design and implement contractual frameworks for new product launches and strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as the company’s legal advisor on various matters, including GDPR compliance, data protection strategies, and IP protection..
  • Support corporate transactions such as acquisitions and potential mergers.
  • Manage external legal advisors and ensure alignment with company goals.
