Overview Who are we? Collaboration Betters The World (CBTW), is a company providing tech et business solutions to its clients, through the expertise of its 9 service lines. As a UX/UI Designer you will join our Product Design & Growth service line, where are designing products that captivate and grow markets, blending aesthetics with functionality. Responsibilities What is your role? You will be part of a journey where you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal Product Design community at CBTW, to share knowledge and best practices. For the client impact, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project, but as a UX/UI Designer, you will mainly: Participate in ideation and requirements gathering workshops Participate in regular design/development meetings Support the design of wireframes or design the wireframes Support the design of clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes Design pixel-perfect key screens for web / mobile Gain a deep understanding of product specifications and user psychology Conduct comprehensive concept and usability testing while actively seeking valuable feedback Craft wireframes and prototypes that cater to the needs of our customers Innovate creative solutions to tackle complex UX problems, ensuring optimal usability and findability Create personas & user journey mapping Qualifications What is your profile? Between 4-8 years of experience in the job Trilingual (french/dutch/english) is a significant advantage Hold a bachelor or a master degree A digital experience is a must for this role A first experience in consulting is a plus You will be an outstanding candidate if you share our values: Positive Thinking, Collaboration, Evolution & Commitment.
