The Role We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members Our beach attendant are extremely valuable members of our team, since they will be the the first and last impression to our guests on the beach He needs to become an extension of our vision, be able to understand our ethics, policies & principles, to seize them and deliver them to each member of his/her team. To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home. We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one of kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism. To be successful in this role you will have: Serve as a role model. Have an eye for attention to details. Ability to be trained respectfully towards our principles with accountability and professionalism. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our principles by anticipating and addressing their needs upon arrival and departure. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support team to reach common goals. Excellent organizational skills, able to check daily lists of arrivals and departures. Ensure the lobby and hotel entrance areas are always clean and tidy. Excellent communication skills. Be pleasant and respectful.
