THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Beach Club Attendant to join our team at Lizard Island Resort. This role is part of our Activities and Marine Division, with a strong focus on the guest-facing operations coordination that keeps our guest experiences running smoothly.
As a key support to the daily operations, you’ll be responsible for greeting guests, managing schedules, preparing equipment for tours, maintaining guest records, and ensuring timely communication across departments. You’ll also assist with beachside guest inductions and snorkel gear fittings as needed. Responsibilities
  • Daily record upkeep, and administrative duties (Excel, Opera, ResDiary)
  • Ensure Beach Club and equipment is clean, well-stocked, and meets quality standards
  • Ensuring the consistency, quality and integrity of the delivery of guest service related to the activities function
  • Undertake a combination of meeting and greeting incoming and outgoing guests, coordinating tours and transfer bookings, and running activities
  • Maintain a safe work environment by assisting with implementation of OH&S policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to Delaware North Policies and Procedures and Code of Conduct
