Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Beach Club Head Chef at Banyan Tree Phuket. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations of the beach club, including menu development, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests. The role involves creating innovative dishes, leading kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Qualifications Culinary skills, Menu Development, and Food Preparation Kitchen Management and Team Leadership Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Creativity and innovation in culinary arts Experience in high-end or beachfront dining establishments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Certification from a culinary school or relevant experience
