As a SPA manager, your first responsibility is to oversee the Beach Club.
The Beach Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beach club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards. This role involves leading the team and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
Multilingual abilities, especially if catering to an international clientele.
Experience organizing and managing events;
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Guest satisfaction scores;
Staff performance and retention;
Strong customer orientation;
Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity;
Ease of interaction with the team.

Responsibilities

Operational Management
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the beach club, including food and beverage services, guest services, events, and facilities maintenance.
Ensure all operational areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and manage opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the beach club is always prepared for guests.
Guest Experience
Deliver a high-quality, personalized guest experience that aligns with the brand’s standards.
Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Develop initiatives to attract and retain clientele, enhancing customer loyalty.
Event Coordination
Oversee the planning and execution of events, such as animation, weddings, and private functions.
Collaborate with external vendors and event planners to deliver seamless experiences.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including health and safety standards, licensing, and environmental regulations.
Regularly conduct safety and emergency training for staff.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a beach club, luxury resort, or F&B environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-traffic periods.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
