Apt Resources is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Beach F&B Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the food and beverage team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations at the beachside outlets, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction in a luxurious and vibrant setting. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. This is an ideal position for an experienced F&B professional passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences by the sea. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily food and beverage operations at beach outlets ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to uphold luxury service standards. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards specific to outdoor/beach environments. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to optimize operations and guest satisfaction. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with cost control measures. Minimum 3 years experience in F&B supervision within 5-star luxury hotel environments, preferably beach or outdoor outlets. Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures in beach or outdoor settings. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Proven problem-solving skills and a guest-centered approach. Must be currently in UAE As per the market standards
