Job Summary The primary duties of the Surf Club Coordinator are to uphold the integrity of the PVIC membership through guest tracking, policy enforcement, process creation, expert property knowledge, coordination of daily member operations including special events. Theis position is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for all members, employees, building management and the public. Must be able to interact with Club members in a positive, courteous and professional manner. Position is the liaison between the members and prospective members, employees and managers. Directly supports the Membership Department with projects, typing, organizing, data entry, mailing, filing and any other duties assigned. Answer all telephones and direct calls to the appropriate person. Assists with the daily operations of the Administrative Office. Assists with maintaining the growth of reciprocal club relationships and updating recorded lists on file. Physical Abilities Must be able to stand, sit for extended hours and provide tours of the property, highlighting specific points of interest. Job Requirements Strong organizational skills. Able to work independently. Able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Excellent people skills. Meet/exceed customer expectations. Meet or exceed the team expectations Schedule Varied days and times but mainly mornings and evenings.
