Qualifications Heavy lifting is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have previous culinary experience. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
The line cook is responsible for preparing dishes, which includes chopping vegetables, cutting or grinding meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, and washing and preparing vegetables. Additional tasks include storing food and ensuring proper food preparation.
