QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred, particularly in hotel or resort settings.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service to guests.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Greet guests upon arrival at the beach area and provide information about available services and amenities.
• Assist guests with beach equipment including umbrellas, chairs, and reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area by regularly picking up litter and ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
• Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with resort policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with front desk staff and restaurant teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Provide assistance in setting up beach events or activities as required.
