Responsibilities Operate beam line equipment to cut and process steel beams accurately according to blueprints and job specifications. Set up machinery and tooling based on project requirements. Inspect beams for quality, dimensions, and compliance with standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of beam line equipment to ensure smooth operation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area consistent with company safety protocols. Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and project deadlines. Document production data and maintain records as required. Experience operating beam line machinery or similar equipment in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Knowledge of safety procedures and a strong focus on maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing setting.
