We are seeking a Beam saw operator to join our team. If you have proven industry experience we’d love to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS

• City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification in joinery or wood machinery preferred
• Experience with various woodworking machines
• Fork Lift License – counterbalance is advantageous
• Homag Saw Machine experience advantageous

• Working from cutting lists
• Use a range of different sheet materials ie. plywood, mdf, solid surfaces, compact etc
• Optimizing sheets to ensure minimum waste
• General machine maintenance as prompted by the machine
• Saw blade changes and setup of the machine
• Organising sheet materials in racks to optimize production levels
• Health & Safety conformity and keeping the area tidy
