You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and facilitating employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will help foster a positive work environment and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow their career in human resources Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, visitors, and guests. Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and facilitating orientation sessions. Professionally respond to all incoming phone calls and emails.
