FULL TIME POSITION

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Beautician to join our beauty salon in Fulham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We offer a wide range of outstanding service with a Massage table, Salon chairs, and beauty equipiment. You will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visit.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Experience in upselling services that the salon offers
• (Preferred) Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Pro-Active and reliable
• Able to work alone
• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all treatments.
• Able to establish long term relationships with guests and develop and increase your client base

• Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including but not limited to makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised experience.
• Manage appointments and assisting with guest services as required.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with current offerings.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Managing your time by scheduling appointments when you like
