About the Spa Beautician Position : We are looking for a committed Spa Beautician to act as the client's professional throughout restoring balance and tranquillity. You will provide professional and engaging beauty and anti-aging treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives. Knowledge of longevity and biohacking treatments is an advantage. Responsibilities : Greet clients and explain the process of the spa experience Review and update client profile forms and customize treatments to address client needs and contraindications Acknowledge and respond to relevant client queries, needs, and expectations Perform spa treatments Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving comfort, flexibility, and balance Following scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms Uphold personal and general hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations Manage levels of professional stock and supplies Reference and abide by the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends Requirements : Proven work experience as a beautician Hands-on experience in beauty techniques and face/body therapies Intensive training and expertise Ability to manage clients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to learn and grow constantly Good interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice beautician Positive and professional attitude and behavior Experience in sales will be considered an asset Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage ⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: Remuneration: The displayed annual salary is an On-Target Earnings (OTE) figure, which includes estimated bonuses and commissions. Salary Structure: Our base salary structure is standardized. Progression within this structure is based on seniority, defined by tenure, and includes an annual bonus increment awarded for each completed year of service. OTE Variation: The OTE is subject to variation based on the specific branch and monthly targets due to differing bonus and commission potentials. Salary Expectations: We do not solicit salary expectations from applicants during the recruitment process. Candidate Suitability: Candidates for whom the published OTE range, considering branch-specific variable components, does not align with their financial requirements are advised not to proceed with an application.
