QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales experience is preferred, particularly in retail sales or upselling services.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A valid cosmetology license or certification is required.

• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored beauty solutions.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products used during treatments and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services that meet client expectations.
