• Provide a variety of beauty treatments including waxing, facials and massage.
• Deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring that clients feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.
• Assist with front desk operations, managing appointments and client inquiries efficiently.
• Engage in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• IPL/ Laser and Micro needling experience is a plus
