• Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in managing appointments and maintaining an organised workspace.
• Familiarity with social media management for promotional purposes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
• A background in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in beauty therapy are essential.
