EXPERIENCE

• 5 years experience in the beauty industry, guest services.
• Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in social media management is advantageous for promoting services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including brow treatments , eyelash extensions, nails and waxing.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
• Assist in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Provide hospitality to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.
