JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Beautician Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellness, with a commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients. This role involves performing a variety of beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bilingual in both Chinese and English to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing treatments.
3. Hands-on training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our specific techniques and products
4. Candidates with a beauty training certificate is a plus
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
7. Ability to work well in a team and live harmoniously with colleagues.

1. Client Consultations:

• Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on treatments and products suitable for clients’ skin types and conditions.

1. Beauty Treatments:

• Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, body slimming and massages. (depending on your skill set)
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge services.

1. Product Sales and Advice:

• Recommend and sell beauty products that enhance the effectiveness of treatments.
• Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines.

1. Customer Service:

• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

1. Sanitation and Cleanliness:

• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
