• Develop and plan beautification projects, including landscaping, planting and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee a team of workers involved in landscaping, gardening, and maintenance tasks, and provide training to team members on best practices for landscaping and maintenance techniques.
• Inspects projects to ensure it meets quality standards aesthetic guidelines.
• Implement sustainable practices in landscaping and maintenance, such as using native plants and ecofriendly materials.
• Maintain records of projects, expenditures, and maintenance schedules to track progress and facilitate reporting.
• Adjust beautification efforts based on seasonal changes, including planting seasonal flowers and preparing landscapes for winter.
• Collaborate closely with other leaders and team members to complete daily assignments effectively, maintain productivity, and contribute to smooth on-site operations.
