Description

The Account Associate is a field sales and education position responsible for assisting the Rose Neal Consulting (RNC) clients in developing sales and relationships with retailers (Ulta, Sephora, Bluemercury) assigned in their territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong sales ability
  • Strong beauty experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Open to learning about various clients (skin concerns, skin tones, sex, & etc)
  • Communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Computer skills: Word and Excel

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years retail experience
  • Cosmetology license a plus
  • Outside sales salon industry experience a plus
    Travel- Mostly local. Evening and weekend work required.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Responsibilities
  • Achieve a high level of performance (100% and above) to the sales goals of their assigned territory
  • Support RNC retailers through ongoing market visits.
  • Assist with Educational trainings outlined by RNC.
  • Be a leader at store events
  • Cycle count and assist in restocking, merchandising, and cleaning linear/counter spaces. Keeping RNC updated on linear concerns (i.e Liner needing update, missing graphics, hotline requests, missing product fixtures)
  • Facilitate scheduled Visits/ Brand Focus Day (BFD) visits
  • Complete and return weekly RNC Field Recap form
  • Actively update and review Google Drive with vital newsworthy information
  • Mentor in-stores staff/beauty advisors
  • Teach retail partners staff/beauty advisors best practices and pro techniques
  • Must meet and/or exceed sales goals outlined by RNC.
  • Facilitate brand business reviews frequently on behalf of RNC clientele.
  • Work independently in store frequently, while consistently communicating with the RNC
  • Confirming schedule working dates with RNC administrative support.
  • Taking pictures of the linear at the beginning of shift and end of the shift. Uploading via text/email to your RNC Google Drive along with total sales of the day. DAILY
  • Filling out and emailing weekly RNC field recap forms and invoice every Monday, morning by 8AM
