  We’re seeking Beauty Advisors to join the team in Porto! We’re partnering with a leading cosmetics company and looking for talented individuals for Customer Service roles. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and excels in managing telephone interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Italian (C2) + Advanced English (B2);
• Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction
• Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork
• Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1.
• Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
• Providing excellent solutions, and service.
• Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.
