REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a beauty sales role with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Relevant CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or other beauty and wellness certifications will be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition and personality.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Competent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
  • Possessing great leadership qualities.
  • Positive attitude.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments.
  • Previous management experience in a beauty or wellness setting.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brand Advocacy: Promote and represent the brand with passion and a deep understanding of all our services, effectively communicating our value to clients.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned personal and company sales targets, leveraging your experience in handling and closing high-ticket sales.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficiency and profitability of the outlet by overseeing daily operations, including devising sales plans and managing customer care and administrative programs.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Actively follow up and maintain strong after-sales relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exceptional service experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and lead the team to meet and exceed their monthly targets, fostering a cohesive and motivated work environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and devices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Treatment Expertise: Perform face, skin, body, hair, and scalp treatments with excellent skill and service attitude, making professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service with a professional touch, playing an active role in customer referrals and retention.
