Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Customer Service Officer to welcome clients, manage appointments and inquiries, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using our system
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Provide information about our services, promotions, and packages
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Process payments and manage billing accurately
  • Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure timely service delivery
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the beauty, spa, or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and appointment software
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Sunday and Public Holidays: Off
