We are currently looking for a Beauty Concierge specialising in skincare to join our Beauty Halls in Harrods Knightsbridge.
The Beauty Concierge is driven by a passion for delivering world-class service, expert knowledge and educating clients to help them discover personalised beauty products and services. You will guide clients effortlessly through the Beauty Halls, introducing them to the latest skincare innovations tailored perfectly to their individual needs.

As a Beauty Concierge, you will be the trusted guardian of knowledge for this dynamic space, expertly informed on everything from exclusive events and services to the extensive range of brands and must-have products.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement the Beauty Concierge team’s customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Become a subject matter expert in skincare, drawing on your experience and ongoing brand training.
• Share your insights with the wider Harrods Beauty Halls team, maximising sales through well-informed and personalised beauty recommendations.
• Plan your own diary and appointments to support customer orders and brand specific enquiries.
• Leverage social media to showcase our spectacular Beauty Department.
• Create moments of magic by going above and beyond the customer’s expectations.
