POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, beauty environment. Advanced knowledge of beauty products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Works well within a team, and independently
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability.
• Able to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & bank holidays
• Previous experience in luxury beauty industry and department stores desired but not limited to.
• Beauty Therapy level 3 - desired but not essential
