We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of beauty and personal care products, including skincare, cosmetics, body care, and hair care, and will be responsible for understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products and beauty solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers' beauty, skincare, hair care, and personal care needs.
- Recommend suitable products and personalized beauty routines based on customer requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate information about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Maintain strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, body care, and hair care products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep product displays and the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
- Stay updated on new beauty products, trends, and industry developments.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and marketing initiatives when required.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties related to customer service and sales as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty consulting, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or a related field.
- Strong product knowledge in cosmetics, skincare, body care, and hair care.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and product recommendation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend personalized solutions.
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Beauty, cosmetology, or skincare certification.
- Experience with beauty brands, product demonstrations, or consultations.
- Social media, content creation, or product promotion experience.
- Experience working in the UAE beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
