Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The Counter Manager - is an Ambassador of the brand’s uniqueness and participates to Clarins “unlimited” customers’ attention. She/he/they attends to customers, listens to their concerns, gives relevant beauty advice and cultivates trusting relationships, making each client feels unique.
The Counter Manager possesses strong leadership skills, is self-reliant and should have the ability to manage others for retention, sales and service; she/he/they has individual objectives as well as monitoring actively their team and overall counter targets. She/he/they are planning and executing counter actions, maximizing new launches, establishing and maintaining a client base.

  • Deliver the best Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony to customers
  • Ensure that all sales and business retail objectives and targets are achieved

  • Be a Brand Ambassador and activating your network
