ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a personable and results-oriented Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with treatment inquiries, and convert interest into scheduled consultations or pre-op assessments.
You’ll be the voice of BHRC—providing education, answering questions, and ensuring every caller feels supported and confident in taking the next step in their aesthetic journey. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and return patient inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy.
• Educate potential clients about our treatments, services, and current promotions.
• Guide patients through the scheduling process for consultations and pre-op assessments.
• Follow up with past leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team scheduling and conversion goals.
