JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Educator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in employability, beauty and nail services, with the ability to inspire and educate others about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry. As a Beauty Educator, you will play a crucial role in training beauty professionals and enthusiasts alike, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a beauty therapist, nail tech or makeup artist.
  • AET or Assessor award and/or Teaching qualification (TQFE)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various beautytreatments including nail services, eye treatments, skincare, makeup application, and product knowledge.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and resources that align with current industry standards.
  • Assess the progress of participants through practical demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant information to trainees.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions and interactive participation.
  • Collaborate with other educators and industry professionals to enhance training programmes.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainees to help them improve their skills and confidence.
  • Support for parents to help build their confidence and motivation for the workplace and help reduce barriers preventing
  • Deliver and recruit candidates from Stirling Council region
  • Working with employers, local partners and self-referrals.
  • 2 Programmes to be delivered from September 2025 and completed by March 2026 (One from September one January)
  • 8 - 12 participants per programme
  • Assisting early employability skills
  • Building students confidence and self esteem
  • Identifying opportunities to explore employment sectors
  • Mentoring support
  • Support access to next step in employability pipeline, Further Education or Training, volunteering or
  • Assissting participants with employment / self-employment
