THE DETAILS:

  • Hours: Flexible availability for evenings/weekends/holidays required. We are seeking a motivated and energetic candidate to represent Paula’s Choice in Sephora stores. This role offers 10–15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during the holiday season.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within a 50km radius. *Mileage not reimbursed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Must have a mobile device, internet connectivity and ability to submit timecard through an app on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: SALES & TRAINING CONSULTANT

As a pivotal member of our sales force, your role is to enhance our brand presence and boost product sales within retail environments. With a strong focus on sales and customer engagement, you will leverage your Sephora experience and skincare expertise to meet and exceed sales targets measured by sales per hour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain sales productivity of $125 SPH.
  • Report daily sales goals, challenges, and celebrations.
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor to achieve and surpass individual sales goals.
  • Deliver compelling and informative brand trainings to educate and motivate beauty advisors at all levels in Sephora stores.
  • Elevate the customer journey through exceptional service, fostering loyalty and driving sales.
  • Utilize your skincare knowledge to recommend products, meeting clients’ needs and boosting sales.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Training Executive to plan and execute store events that enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Support upkeep of visual and merchandising spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide store visit recaps and sales performance details to Paula’s Choice leadership.
  • Build and maintain positive, engaging relationships with store leadership and employees.
  • Represent and uphold the Paula’s Choice brand reputation.
