POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced Beauty Salon Manager to oversee the full operations of our luxury salons and scale our premium home service division in Dubai. The right candidate will combine operational excellence with strong leadership, ensuring world-class hygiene standards, customer satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience managing high-end salons in Dubai.
  • Solid expertise in home service operations including scheduling, logistics, hygiene control, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s beauty industry market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Established network of beauty professionals and specialists in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage large multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with salon booking systems, POS, and KPI reporting.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Persian (Farsi) is considered a plus.
  • Professional appearance with exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily salon operations: appointment scheduling, service quality control, inventory, cash management, and performance reporting.
  • Design and execute scalable home service operations: route planning, staff allocation, real-time monitoring, and VIP client handling.
  • Build partnerships with luxury residential communities, hotels, and concierge services to expand home service clientele.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of beauty professionals across 12 core service categories.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality/DHA/Trakhees regulations for both salon and home service operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, social media presence, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Implement customer feedback systems to continuously improve salon and home service experiences.
