We’re looking for Beauty Merchandising Champion who thrive on delivering excellence and inspiring others to do so too. You’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, dedicated to launching a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store.
You will operate within a region, travelling across the area to achieve coverage and quality targets by supporting, training and coaching colleagues. You’ll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the merchandising teams within your stores keep the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be working across Manchester and the surrounding area.
This is a remote full-time role with the expectation of travelling to a set of stores within your area. You may be required to travel overnight outside of your region when stores launch to support teams across the UK.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of the 7, including the weekends as agreed. Your shift pattern will be 06:00 - 14:30.

OTHER DUTIES

• Build and maintain good working relationships with the client, retailer and in-store colleagues.
• Regularly engage with the client liaison, ensuring up-to-date knowledge, practices and process and procedures.
