Responsibilities

Lil Beauty Co is looking for a calm, capable and creative Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business and my world. I run a fast-paced salon and training brand, and I’m full of big ideas—what I need is someone who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes while helping bring bold visions to life.
You’ll be working closely with me, so understanding how I work—especially as someone who is neurodivergent—is absolutely essential. If you’re someone who loves structure, has a kind heart, and is comfortable navigating creative chaos, we’ll be a great match.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating our Wix websites (content, bookings, updates, tweaks)
  • Creating, scheduling, and maintaining social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Taking and returning calls, DMs, emails, and bookings professionally
  • Assisting with organising schedules, client lists, classes, projects, and reminders
  • Helping coordinate training days, events, stock, launches and anything I dream up
  • Assisting with content writing, editing, flyers, forms, Canva, and templates
  • Supporting me in staying focused, clear, and aligned with my goals
  • Understanding how I operate and helping me stay grounded and on track

Who This Role Is For:

  • A super organised, tech-savvy person who’s confident with social media, Wix, Canva, and admin
  • Someone who loves creating order out of chaos and genuinely enjoys helping others thrive
  • A creative thinker who can interpret ideas and turn them into action
  • Someone comfortable working independently but closely with a neurodivergent business owner
  • Someone with a kind heart, a can-do attitude, and a sense of humour
  • A good communicator who’s professional but down-to-earth

  • Experience in beauty, salon, creative or events industries
  • A passion for branding, marketing or aesthetics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to see the bigger picture and also handle the little details
  • An understanding or lived experience of neurodiversity
