We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Beauty PR, Partnerships & Influencer Community Manager to amplify our brand presence through media relations, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a creative thinker with strong industry relationships and a passion for beauty, social media, and brand storytelling.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 3+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Established media and influencer relationships in the beauty space.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and community engagement.

• Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and positive media coverage.
• Build and nurture relationships with beauty editors, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Write compelling press releases, pitches, and media kits.
• Secure product placements, features, and brand stories in top-tier beauty and lifestyle publications.
• Monitor press coverage and report on key performance indicators.
