Description:

Job Summary:The ProSource Retail Ambassador is responsible for supporting beauty brands and their local sales channels by ensuring brand consistency, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and engaging customers to create an exceptional brand experience. This role serves as a key liaison between the brand and retail locations, driving awareness, sales, and customer loyalty through in-store presence, merchandising excellence, and product education. ProSource talent is required to communicate and engage with the company through a mobile app which is crucial for providing ProSource brand clients with reporting and photos needed to help them make decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in retail, merchandising, or brand ambassador roles within the beauty industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Savvy and proficient with technology, social media and mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store teams and customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising needs effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Representation & Customer Engagement:
  • Act as the face of the beauty brand, delivering a consistent and compelling brand message in retail environments.
  • Engage with customers to provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Foster brand loyalty by creating an inviting and informative in-store experience.
  • Support promotional initiatives and events to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Retail Support & Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure proper brand representation and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
  • Educate retail staff on product features, benefits, and best-selling techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and visibility within retail locations.
  • Inventory Management & Merchandising:
  • Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with retail partners to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit product placement, signage, and promotional displays.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize inventory flow and replenishment strategies.
  • Reporting & Communication:
  • Provide regular reports on retail performance, customer feedback, and competitive insights through the ProSource app.
  • Collaborate with brand and sales teams to align retail initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Address and resolve any challenges related to product availability, presentation, or customer experience.
