We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Retail Store Manager to lead the team at our flagship store in the Hilton Sydney, Town Hall. In this critical role, you will be responsible for elevating the customer experience by guiding our team to provide exceptional service and expert product recommendations.

• Lead by example in providing expert advice on our curated range of K-Beauty products, acting as the ultimate product authority for both customers and the team.
• Oversee the customer journey, ensuring every client receives a personalised and memorable shopping experience, from product trial to purchase.
• Drive customer loyalty and sales by fostering a culture of genuine relationship-building and clienteling within the team.
• Champion product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring you and your team are consistently learning and sharing the latest in K-Beauty.
• Cultivate a welcoming and inspiring store atmosphere that encourages teamwork, passion, and a customer-first mindset.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
